Cadet Staff & TAC Officers

Cadet Staff and TAC Officers are required to carry hydration with them, just as the Basic Cadets are.

“T” Shirts

All Encampment T-shirts and covers must be ordered in advance. While there may be a few available at the start of Encampment, there is no stockpile of them kept at an Encampment store to readily draw from. Do not rely on getting any in this fashion.

It is the responsibility of the cadet staff or senior to have an Encampment covers and shirts in the correct color and in sufficient number to wear for the duration of Encampment, 9 days this year. One cover should suffice. Two shirts are the bare minimum. Would recommend purchasing more shirts if economically able. Shirt purchases are nonrefundable.

Only first year cadet and senior staff will receive one Encampment cover and two Encampment “T” shirts free.

The Shirt and Cover Order Form must be completed by any senior or cadet staff member who wants a cover(s) or new or additional shirts, whether free if eligible or to purchase.

If you are a first year attendee and all you want are the 2 shirts and 1 cover, fill in the Shirt and Cover Order Form for correct size and color of the 2 shirts and one cover, check the box on the form for a first year attendee, send NO check, and forward with your Encampment application.

If you are a first year attendee and you want more than the 2 shirts and 1 cover, fill in the Shirt and Cover Order Form for correct size and color of all the shirts and cover(s) you want, including those you would receive free. Check the box on the form for a first year attendee. Send a check for the total amount of those you want to purchase, excluding the the cost of the 2 free shirts and 1 cover. Forward the check and form with your Encampment application.

If you previously attended and you want additional shirts or covers or need order the correct color shirt for your new position, fill in the Shirt and Cover Order Form for correct size and color of all the shirts and cover(s) you want. Send a check for the total amount. Forward the check and form with your Encampment application.

Should you decide to purchase additional shirts or covers after you send in your application, please complete the Shirt and Cover Order Form for correct size and color of all the shirts and cover(s) you want. Send a check with the form for the total amount. The form and check are to be mailed to:

Dress Code

CPPT and RST

• Senior Staff and Cadet Staff over 18 must have completed Cadet Protection Policy Training (CPPT) and Level One prior to Encampment.
• Cadet Staff over the age of 18 must also have completed CPPT prior to Encampment.
• All Staff must have completed the Required Staff Training (RST), and “Avoiding the Hazing Trap”. Opportunities will be given before Encampment for those who need to complete these requirements.

TAC Officers

The 2008 TAC Officer Guidebook/Senior and Cadet Staff Supplement has been revised. It is highly recommended all seniors and cadet staff read prior to coming to Encampment.
