THE GRADUATION TIME HAS BEEN FINALIZED
THE PARADE GROUND LOCATION HAS CHANGED.

Graduation will be Saturday, August 2, 2008. Ceremony start time is 10:00 am. Location is the Aviation Brigade Armory.

• 0930 First, please go to the same Cadet Drop Off area as Saturday July 26. A CAP person there will give you a pass to be placed on your car’s dashboard for the Fort Indiantown Police Checkpoint at Utility Road. This pass will get you through the checkpoint. Please see the directions below. After the Graduation Ceremony, please proceed to the Parade Ground for the Pass In Review. After the completion of the Pass In Review, the Students will be dismissed and the School will be closed.
• 1000 Graduation Ceremony start time.
• 1130 Graduation Ceremony end time.
• 1200 (approx.) Pass in Review start time.
• 1300 (approx.) Dismissal from school.

Please bring your own hydration (water, Gatorade, … ), snacks, personal supplies, medications, suntan lotion and portable shade you require as we will not be able to provide them. There is no vending available at the graduation site. Wear comfortable light color clothes and well fitting low heel shoes. NO FLIP-FLOPS. The graduation site may have no A/C, rough terrain, and no seating. Be alert for slip, trip, and fall hazards and severe heat. Mid-day temperatures in 2007 were 100-108 degrees F.

Directions from Area 12 to the Aviation Brigade Armory.

• Proceed west on Clement Ave to Utility Road, turn Left.
• Procedures for going through the Military Police Checkpoint on Utility Road. You will need the pass from the Encampment Drop Off Area to proceed past the checkpoint.
• Proceed to the end of Utility Road, turn Right onto Range Road
• Proceed on Range Road to the Aviation Brigade Armory
• Turn Right into the parking lot and follow directions for parking location.

Directions from Aviation Brigade Armory to the Parade Ground.

• Exit the parking lot of the Aviation Brigade Building, turn left onto Range Road.
• Proceed on Range Road to Utility Road, turn Left
• No special procedure is needed to pass the Military Police Checkpoint while going in this direction on Utility Road
• Turn Right onto Clement Ave.
• Proceed to the parking area designated in Red on the map, park and go to the parade field.
